🛃 Duties & Taxes

🔁 Return Shipping Costs (Important)

For returns due to change of mind, size or color exchange, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to defective products, incorrect items, or damage during delivery, POSH PROJECTS will cover the return shipping cost.
All returns must be processed via DHL, and returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
